The Pension Wittmer is run by the family of late Margret Wittmer, perhaps one of the most famous people to have lived in the Islands.

It is located at Puerto Velasco Ibarra which has only about 100 permanent inhabitants.
The Pension Wittmer is a small hotel and has its own restaurant.  Beachfront rooms have private bathrooms with hot water and fans. It is a pleasant place, truely a rare find. The Wittmer`s are friendly and offer great hospitality. It is a great place to relax away from everything.
